LA Coming to a Dramatic End.

I have had a great time in LA. I have worked dawn to dusk on the weekdays and played just as hard on the weekends. I have spoken to several thousand people over the last few weeks.

I am posting a picture of the Short Sale Mastery series I did yesterday in Studio City. I
Would congratulate that audience to being some of the most intellectual I have had the opportunity to work with. I did this very small full day class as an Encore presentation and I would say it went off without any problems at all.

I want to thank Durrell Thomas who drove all the way up from San Diego. Tomorrow morning I will do one final class before I fly home. I look forward to resting for 29 hours before I leave for Phoenix.
