New Years Resolution with Mortgage Resolution

I have recently been asked to make more of a commitment to this Blog by the powers that be. So, I will try to update with some Real Estate news and post seminar related features topics.

For you that have no idea who I am or what this Blog is about, I’m simply a messenger from lenders asked to spread the word of knowledge. I am the Director
Of Education for Mortgage Resolution Services: www.mresolution.com. I have been asked to travel all around the US to teach Real Estate agents how to improve there Real
Estate business through Short Sales which is defined as the following: When a home is sold and the sales proceeds do not fully pay off the loan or loans on the property and one or more lenders accept a discounted payoff and allow the sale to close escrow. Pretty simple right? You try getting one of these lenders to do that. Why should they? Do you really think they have no other choice? That is very very inaccurate! Lenders are now selling recourse and non recourse debt together into the secondary market and there are some big company’s purchasing this debt.

Since I will be traveling all over the US I will write mostly of experiences that I have doing free workshops and seminars. For example today is the 19th of January and I have been in the Radisson Hotel in LA for the last week. I have done several workshops and seminars since I have been here. I will generally post good questions that were asked with
That persons name. I will post pictures and talk about the crowd.

Just a quick disclaimer, I want anyone and everyone to know that although I may have arguably the greatest job in the world based on travels, adventures, sightseeing, and a
Spectacular support staff, nothing that comes out of my mouth has not been practiced, rehearsed, and taught by Scott C Thompson. In my opinion, Real Estates expert!!
The picture at the top of the page was from the seminar last Thursday in Cerritos. We had well over 100 people in attendance and from now on all seminar attendees will be made aware that they will be possibly mentioned.

I look forward to an exciting 2009 please let me know what I can do at any given time to help your business as a Real Estate Professional.
